Larry Weiss is the founder of Elder Advisers, a senior planning organization based in Indiana and Kentucky. For over twenty-five years, Larry and his team have helped thousands of families navigate the world of long-term care expenses and asset preservation. He is the nation’s largest writer of Funeral Expense Trusts. Since 1996, he has been a member of the Louisville chapter of the Better Business Bureau (BBB), and in the same year formed Larry G. Weiss, Inc. In addition to the BBB, he is a member of One Southern Indiana, the Chamber of Commerce for Southern Indiana, and is a certified estate planner with the National Institute of Certified Estate Planners. Larry and his family are lifelong residents of New Albany and members of St. Paul’s Church. An active member of the community, he enjoys giving back to the place he is proud to call “home.”

Scott Moan is the founder and managing director of Elder Life Group. During his career spanning over 25 years in the industry, Scott has gained extensive experience in diverse aspects of the financial planning industry. He formerly held a sales management position for a Fortune 500 insurance company, and has been a perennial court-of-the-table producer with MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table). These experiences sparked his entrepreneurial spirit, ultimately leading him to set out on his own business venture. Scott founded Elder Life Group in 2017, and has since led the company to acquiring the nation’s largest wholesale distributor of funeral planning products.

Scott Richardson has been working in the insurance and financial planning industry for more than 25 years. He spent 15 years as a registered financial advisor, where he provided retirement and financial planning for the 3 largest banks in the United States.
Scott moved to Elder Life Group in 2021, where he dedicates his expertise to safeguarding client assets, developing comprehensive estate plans, and offering long-term care planning solutions. He serves as the Wholesale Marketing Director for Elder Life Group.
